Greetings from the always four-seasons hot & humid but great Kuala Lumpur !

I hope you are all doing well and you are ready to plan together another experience for your students who are wishing to study at UniKL as exchange students.

Please find enclosed UniKL 2017-2018 info sheet and application/visa/accommodation docs.

In the info sheet, you’ll find the link to the  online application form as well as the international webpage where you and your students can find useful information.

As you may have been aware of, things have changed a little bit concerning the visa procedure in Malaysia. Hence, now students are required to make earlier payment and submit few additional documents. I would like to ask your cooperation to remind to the students not make any travel plans or book flight ticket until the Visa Approval Letter has been issued in order to avoid any inconvenience. Please note that the issuance of the VAL is under the jurisdiction of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.

Learning Agreement/Work Plan Proposal:

During the application phase, students will submit a Draft Study Plan (LA) which will be finalized upon their arrival at UniKL during the Campus registration. Please be informed that the subjects chosen during the application process need to be reconfirmed here based on the actual academic offer and the actual timetable. After 4 weeks upon programme commencement it is no longer possible to add/drop courses and the choice is binding.
